Pre-Docking Inspection (PDI)
Care Marine conduct pre-docking inspection and issue repair report for deck crane,hatch cover cylinder, hydraulic winches and inform you of important immediate needs and what can be carried out during the next docking. This will give you a value tool for budget planning and keeping your operating costs to a minimum “We care you”. With us the pre-docking inspection, you only order parts that are required and avoid unplanned delays while your upcoming dry-docking and ready for a fast and effective dry-docking.
Inspection
Four to six months before dry-docking is the time to focus on preparations. Our experienced engineers usually need one day to inspect crane,hatch cover and deck machinary at a location of your choice worldwide.

Planning and Budgeting

Based on a pre-docking inspection we can plan deck crane, hatch cover and deck machinery maintenance during dry-docking. Our engineers will take over the work or the supervising of the work for your cranes, hatch covers and deck machineries. Adjustments of limits and overload tests as well as discussions with class surveyors will be part of our work. If required, we can organize the complete scope of work such as overhauling of hydraulic motors, pumps, gear boxes, renewal of sheaves, maintenance of brake system, checking of automation, electric signals flushing of oil system, maintenance of hatch covers and deck machinery– on spot worldwide.
